Get to know us
Unbound electronics was born from the principle that technology should work for you without locking you into monthly subscriptions or forcing you to share your personal data. We believe privacy requires ownership, not a promise about how your data will be used. We build local processing and offline capability into what we make, so your data stays with you instead of on a server. Our tools solve everyday problems without a recurring fee attached.
Mission
To give people real control over their digital lives. We build privacy-first hardware where processing happens locally, on the device, so people decide what happens with their own data, instead of having that decided for them by a subscription or a cloud service they never chose.
Vision
To make locally-processed, private technology the standard for personal devices, so that AI and connected hardware can serve people without asking them to pay for it with their privacy or their wallet.
Our 3 pillars
Provide a general summary of the services you provide, highlighting key features and benefits for potential clients.
Privacy and data ownership
Our devices run on an offline model. Voice processing, notes, and decisions happen locally, on your own hardware. Your data doesn't leave the device unless you choose to share it, and if you ever do, that choice, and the terms of it, are yours.
No forced subscriptions
You buy the hardware, and the core software is yours for good. The features you need to use the product aren't locked behind a monthly fee. If we ever add optional extras down the line, they'll be exactly that, optional additions, not a condition for using what you already own.
The technology adapts to you, not the other way around. We favor open-source tools where we can, and we support integration with the services you already use, wherever that's possible.
Built around the user, not the platform
